Her career has seen her provide hospitality to a diverse range of guests—from the general public and government officials to international dignitaries. This breadth of experience has given her a sophisticated understanding of service that is rare to find, making her an indispensable leader of our front-of-house team.

As the Board member for the BC Chefs' Association, Ahyoung brings a high standard of professional excellence and technical skill to the kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets the rigorous expectations of the craft.

Ahyoung’s passion for the Tri-Cities area extends far beyond the kitchen. As a Board Member of the Port Moody Museum, she is deeply committed to preserving the history and culture of our region. This love for local heritage is what drives the restaurant’s mission: to remain a steadfast, independent pillar of the community where history and modern flavor meet.
A Family Affair
When she isn’t managing the restaurant or contributing to local boards, Ahyoung is often seen in the community with her husband, Jeremy, and their two children, Jason and Alyssa.
